I really didn't expect this would turn out SOO WEELL..;;
I guess going overdue really DOES create wonders.. and going random, too ~
srsly... I LOVE the sun and moon combined in one scenery. ;;;

This was a gift I promised to (aka Jr. Shakespeare _/SHOT) a while back ...*-* She always leaves such lovely comments I just HAD to thank her for all of it.. >w< !
Also, I know Kali has a serious personality, buuut.. well.. xD when I started this piece back on the 11th of October, this pic started out as a totally random pose practice sketch but then I liked it so much I wanted to make it a full piece and well, I thought maybe instead of making it a random dragon, why not turn this pic into one of my owes? xD thus Kali ended up having a playful expression... ~ _{(I also thought maybe this is due that I always go against the rules? ~ /SHOT)}

The original title I had in mind for this was "Freed" but well.. after adding this BG, I decided to change it.. >w< ~

I'd also like to thank *LollipopHorizon's [link] piece for reffing the right (Kali's view) palm..xD I just couldn't get it right to save my life. So thank you!
oh and if you're wondering, no, I did not ref the entire pose... :I I noticed the humongous similarity only after having trouble with the hand and checking SFRB's pic.. xD; ~

Also I dun like how the back legs turned out. I tried fixing it (tried out like 3 options of leg poses), but this one STILL ended up looking the least awkward pose, even if it's still awkward... xD;;
I love the rest of the Dragon, tho >w< ~

oh and when I returned to the pic today, I was thinking to pre-long the Membrane to end at the tail base since Jr. Shakespeare mentioned she loves those, but well, I got lazy... xD /SHOT.


oh and I planned to first make the BG cellshaded<sub>(as you may faintly see at the--.. OH CRAP, I FORGOT I HAD MORE UNSHADED PALM TREES HIDDEN IN MY LAYERS.. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.

... oh well, too late to add them.. xD;; /shot.
..so yh, as you may faintly see on the 'forest' on the right over there it was first cell-shaded)</sub> but then I sorta failed at making a cell-shaded sky and I made it all a painting.. xD ~ /shot.
