Happy belated New Year, everyone!

Hello everyone! Thank you all for your kind Birthday wishes back in November! <3 I didn't reply to that many, but appreciate all of them. And also Happy New Year to everyone! I hope 2016 will treat every one of you well! 

So, I've abandoned this place pretty badly since July. I didn't think I would but did anyway. Well, I'm gonna change that now. I've decided to revive my dA! About two months ago I took a really rejuvenating 1 month hiatus from all and everything to a relative and once I returned i got pretty active on my Tumblr, and now i'll do the same here. I'll say the same thing I stated when I returned to Tumblr just before that 1 month hiatus. I decided that the time for thinking (more like over-thinking ha) has long expired its usefulness and now I want to act, but I'm still pretty unsure about how i need / want to do some things. I don't have a set plan, only some ideas of a plan. Instead of postponing things even further by trying to first think of a clear plan and only then follow it i'm resorting to rely on experimentation. I just want to do things now, anything at all that'll seem like a good idea to me, and will see as I go if this or that is something I want to continue doing or it should be dropped. In fact, this is the smart way to go about things. It's likely how everyone lives and I'm not sure why I thought for so long before that I first need to have a clear plan in mind before I do anything. It was only crippling me and my growth as a person. I can't grow if I stand still.

So that means you'll see me around here and there from now on as I try out different things. I can't really say what any of them will be because i'm not sure yet what any of them will be myself, but just know that i'll be active here again.

Relatively active, because I've actually become a bit busier since 2016 started. I was able to instantly be super active on tumblr once I got back there but unfortunately I think dA might not see that kind of a burst of activity. I've been trying to dedicate a lot more time to studying during the day. Not only some subjects you'd expect to see in general schools, but also Art Fundamentals. And this is a very important part. During my trip to a relative I learned that all my life I literally knew nothing about what art really is, but now I actually know how it works, and I decided to set out and educate myself. Learn perspective, practice gesture, learn about construction, etc. - all that stuff! I am not setting out to be a professional, but I am very much setting for myself a goal to be something akin to a professional... 8) I just really want to learn more about how to do it right, because I cannot imagine myself without drawing. I might even go for an art career someday, like say, an animator, because I've been slowly warming up to that thought. But it's unknown what further research of the medium will make me decide. I am only starting to get truly familiar with what being an artist is all about, and will continue to keep familiarizing with it more and more as I continue to learn about it, which I undoubtedly will continue to do for a long, long time. If I won't decide to go for an art career I am pondering of substitutes which will very likely involve something computery and technical. I still have yet to do enough research about that stuff.

BUT UH, nonetheless this place will see activity which will not go away any time soon. I'll be sharing recent works whenever I'll feel like it. I think for a little while I'll be sharing mostly older works from 2014-2015. Maaybe some from 2013, but 2013 works are so dated that I am not sure many will see the light of dA, but some might maybe perhaps. My recent works are mostly sketches and studies so it may be a while before anything finished will come up. The first finished works that will come up will be the owed artworks. I'm setting out to complete them soon.

About owed art - I am serious, they'll be done soon, and soon in this case doesn't mean months. It's a priority over all other priorities for me right now. I'll get to you all one after another. I really hope things will work out well in the end. I think I can get the job done well nowadays, though I feel like each piece might take me not one day to complete once I'll start at each one, because they are mostly full on artworks with detailed backgrounds and several characters. Such works would need a lot of preparation work and then time invested into them to complete. So while it'll perhaps seem like I'm not working on them, in truth I am. The people involved will of course have access to wips though.

Ah yes also everything currently seen in my gallery will stay in tact and unstored despite being very old, at least until I'll decide otherwise, which likely won't happen in a long time.

That's the most important I wanted to talk about right off the bat. Anything else will be mentioned later. I'll be doing some stuff every here and there every now and then from now on!

This gonn be an interesting year.
